Outdoor Market at Norden Farm
The outdoor market at Norden Farm is on the first Saturday of every month and the next market will be on Saturday 4th March from 12pm – 4pm, Norden Farm, Altwood Road It’s free entry, and stalls are in the carpark and the Linhay Barns.
Expect to find local stallholders selling artisanal produce and arts and crafts. The cafe bar will also be open (lunch is served until 3pm).

Maidenhead’s Big Read
Maidenhead’s Big Read is back for its fifth year on Saturday 4th March and Sunday 5th March in the Maidenhead Library and on the High Street (by Bardo Lounge).
The theme this year is outer space, and there will be free events running throughout the weekend. There will be story telling, fancy dress competition, the Once-Upon-a-Bus, star gazing and a planetarium!

Repair Cafe Maidenhead
The Repair Cafe will be at its new location, at The Eco Action Hub in the Nicholson Centre (previously Dorothy Perkins unit) on Saturday 4th March, 10am – 3pm.
The Repair Cafe is run by Repair Coaches who are volunteers and help visitor to fix their broken and beloved items.
This free monthly event creates the habit of repairing and reusing things, as well as learning new skills and meeting new people.
Some of the repair skills include small electrical items, laptops, mobile phones, small furniture items, book binding, textile repairs and much more. Book your slot by 1pm on the Thursday prior to the event.
International Women’s Day Athena Networking
To celebrate International Women’s Day, there will be a special online networking event run by the Athena Network. This will be on Monday 6th March, 10am – 12pm.
Connect with other women in business in a fun, productive two hour networking session. Inspire, motivate, gain referrals and recommendations and make new friends.
Free for Athena members, £30 for non-members.
Full Moon Paddles
Join Paddleboard Maidenhead for a slow evening on the river from Hurley on Tuesday 7th March from 6:30pm.
Experience the Worm Moon which is the last full moon of the winter season. There will be the option for yoga and meditation on the board as well.
Maidenhead Farmers’ Market
The Maidenhead monthly Farmers’ Market returns on Sunday 12th March between 9:30am – 1pm, at Grove Road carpark.
There will be fresh local produce, such as meat, fish, dairy, bakery, jams and honey and much more.
Clueless about Social Media
M2M Events will be running an event called Clueless about Social Media, on Wednesday 15th March, 7:30pm – 10:30pm at The Lord Grenfell.
This informal talk is designed for parents to understand the impact social media can have on their children. Delivered by a panel of experts.
Drinks and nibbles included in ticket price, and a cash bar.
Mother’s Day Concertini
Celebrate Mother’s Day weekend with an uplifting Concertini performed by Rogue Opera’s professional singers, at Norden Farm on Saturday 18th March at 11:30am and at 2pm.
Bring the whole family and enjoy 45 minutes of music to sing along to from the opera.
Charity Zumba Glow Party
Dance the night away for a charity Zumba party at Furze Platt Senior School on Friday 17th March between 7pm – 8:30pm.
Glow sticks can be purchased on the night. Join Niki Kitt, Rachel, Mary and Lucile. Plus entry the raffle, drawn by a celebrity guest!

Have-a-go Event at the Maidenhead Fire Station
If you would like to know what it’s like to be a Fire Fighter, then head along to the Maidenhead Fire Station, Bridge Road on Saturday 18th March between 10am – 1pm for a have-a-go day.
You will have the opportunity to try some physical entry tests that are needed to become a Fire Fighter, and meet some already in the role. You must arrive at 10am to ensure you complete the exercises.
Maidenhead United V Maidstone United
The match between Maidenhead United and Maidstone United takes place at the home ground of Maidenhead United, York Road on Saturday 18th March, 3pm – 5pm
Laughing Chili Comedy Club at Smokey’s
Join a line up of hilarious comedians at Smokey’s, Nicholsons Lane on Friday 24th March at 8pm.
Doors open at 7pm and admission includes entry to the club after. Tickets £15.
Renew in Spring
Join Coz Pilates for a morning of Pilates and Yoga Nidra at Basque House, Hurley Lane on Sunday 26th March between 10am – 12:30pm.
Start spring feeling energised and relaxed, with special guest, yoga teacher Caroline Fowler. Pilates, Yoga Nidra, healthy snacks and tea.
Maidenhead Vegan Fiesta
Sparkle Vegan Events will be coming to Maidenhead for the Maidenhead Vegan Fiesta on Sunday 26th March, 11am – 3pm on the Maidenhead High Street.
There will be stalls selling vegan goodies, such as hot food, vegan cakes and pastries, eco-friendly gifts and more.
Random and Rocks Superhero Party
Join Jonny Rocks and Random Adam for more mischief and mayhem on stage, for their Superhero Party at the Braywick Leisure Centre on Friday 31st March, 5pm – 7pm.
Kids will love this interactive show, with dancing, games, competitions – and who will get slimed at the end of the show! Book your tickets online.
