Jaimee Grimes is a baker based in Eton Wick near Windsor Berkshire. She creates luxury bespoke cakes for any occasion, such as weddings, christenings, birthdays and more.

There is a large flavour menu to choose from, but if you have something specific in mind, then do get in touch and she will do her best to accommodate.

She makes a wide range of cakes in different styles. These include naked cakes, drip cakes, cupcakes and children’s cakes. All with quality ingredients and maximum flavour.

You can discuss the style and design you would like for your cake, however if you are unsure then Jaimee may be able to inspire you.

Fondant Dreams offer a full wedding cake consultation, which you can book via the website.

Jaimee can get a full understanding of your wishes for your special day, and will give you a complimentary taster box as part of your consultation.

Together you can discuss every detail including your theme, colours, style and the flavours you want so you have a beautiful showstopper on your wedding day.

Jaimee offers a delivery or collection service. She is based in Eton Wick but covers the surrounding areas, such as Windsor, Slough, Burnham, Dorney and Ascot

How long have you been baking professionally?

have been baking and creating cakes for many years for friends and family but my business ‘Fondant Dreams by Jaimee’ was born in 2018 to sell to the public.

Have you always been creative?

I have always been involved in creative work, for instance I trained in visual merchandising which was mostly about making beautiful displays. But I didn’t realise I would transfer these skills into beautiful cakes until I started baking in 2012.

Do you cater for specific dietary requirements?

As a home baker my kitchen is also my home kitchen so I cannot guarantee 100% cross contamination free. However I take extra care when baking any additional requirements and always keep an area clear during the process. I can make a range of vegan, dairy free and gluten free cakes…..all have amazing reviews by my customers too.

What are your most popular flavours?

My most common flavour tends to be the classic Victoria sponge with strawberry jam, but I have a few close runner ups which are my salted caramel, cookies and cream and my raspberry dream!
