Emma Stewart Mobile Hair Stylist

Emma Stewart is a mobile hair stylist in the Maidenhead and close surrounding area. She has over twenty years of experience as a hairdresser and has worked with leading brands. Emma also specialises in hair extensions and keratin blow dries.

With a passion for what she does, Emma is experienced in colour and offers cuts, blow dries and restyles for women.

She is currently offering virtual consultations from the comfort of your own home. There you can discuss your hair care needs. From a style to suit you to a new fresh colour. If you need some advice, then you can chat before you make your appointment.

Any concerns, new ideas or advice on aftercare can be discussed.

As a mobile hair stylist, you then have the further convenience of staying home – rather than head down to a salon. This may suit a busy lifestyle or difficulties in getting out. However, having a mobile hair stylist may be your personal preference.

About Emma

You offer virtual consultations which is a great idea. Can you offer advice if someone wants a complete transformation?

To be open minded – I love doing complete transformations however with colour some transformations may not be doable in one sitting!

Sometimes it can take a couple of appointments to get there. This why virtual consultations are great. It gives me a chance to look at the client’s hair before the appointment.

How much aftercare do hair extensions need?

Extensions are an investment! However, the quality of hair from the brands I use are amazing as long as you use their after care. This would mean changing up your shampoos and conditioners and well as a heat protector and I’d definitely recommend a serum to keep them nice and nourished.

I currently work with Balmain, Beauty works and Easilocks.

How long does a Brazilian Blow Dry last?

Brazilian blow will last anywhere from 3 1/2 months to 4 months depending on how often you wash your hair. To help maintain it all you need is any sulphate free shampoo. If you are a regular swimmer or holiday going chlorine and sea water can remover the treatment faster.

How far do you travel to clients?

Although I’m based in Maidenhead, I do travel to Marlow, Cookham, Bourne End and Taplow. But I’m flexible
